Writing in Nature
Once again I sit on the rickety swing. As I move back and forth it creeks with an eerie effect. The sun sets just behind the trees. Right on the horizon line gold, yellow, orange streaks spread and break through the sky. Purplish grey clouds compliment the gorgeous sunset. The trees saw back in forth in sync with one another. Their shadows move one the ground ever so swiftly as well. The water crashes off the rocks in the creek. It is very calming. Water splashes into the grass and pushes little sediments off of the ground with it. Bird chirp joyfully with one another. A woodpecker strikes at a tree in perfect repetition. I love how I coexist with everything in the environment. I love feeling so small under such a big sky. Nothing is more relaxing than sitting out here than getting a glimpse of everything around my. It really makes me realize why Montana is called the Big Sky Country.
