Friends or enemies?
Who’s a friend
Is it the person who wants to keep me happy even if they have to lie.
Or is it someone who will rock with you until the day you die.
Who’s a friend
A fake friend will stab you in the back leaving you clueless of what they have done
A true friend will stay and never run
Who’s a friend
Even if our friendship has just begun
You do what everybody could not have done
But where’s my friend
Is something I can’t answer with the truth
But I look past the lies and just see you
Are you my friend
It can’t seem to be
But I used to think you were important to me
Who are you now
To me you’ve always been fake
Thrown in the garden with all the other snakes
So what do friends mean to me
Friends are like pedals on a flower
With enough wind they will blow away
But if they are true they will stay
Why do we need friends
They would always be there through the good or even bad
But nothing will lead them to make you sad
What is a perfect friendship
Love, happiness, smiles, laughter, like a bundle of joy
No one can get in between, not even a boy
Who’s a friend
Is it someone you can tell anything to without them judging you or seeing you different
Or is it someone who wants to see a change in you, both inspirationally and positively
What’s a friend
Is a friend someone who will be there no matter what
Or are they a person who questions you with if, ands, or buts
Is there a difference
A fake friend will never reveal themselves, they are good at hiding if they are even true
Behind the lies, you thought they were the best.
But they’ve only lied to you
It’s something you can’t really see
Even though it’s hidden well, being fake is something you would never want to be
Take this experience from me to learn so you’ll know
A true friend from a fake friend, and how far your friendship will go
Do I need a friend
We were all born to be independent, not another soul will get us to where we need to be
So deep down I know I don’t need anybody, and I am waiting for people to see
I stay true to my word and never fold
I am bold for the people who are weak and not made of gold
So a friendship to me does not consist of pictures years, or popularity
The only thing that will make your friendship last is loyalty
Stay true to each other, that’s all you have to do
Whether you want to be a good friend or not is up to you
The question I ask myself the most is
Where is my friend
Everything I’ve ever been told was a lie
But I did not get hurt and I did not die
All friendships are a trip to hell
So at the end of the day I only have myself
