How to fix a lock

I jingle and clank,
but this thing is kinda jank.
I pull and I tug,
and almost throw it on the rug.
This thing won't reset,
it's my biggest regret,
but it's one thing i'll never forget.
Why did I try,
to reset this guy.
This thing just goes "clunk",
it's the biggest piece of junk.
I yell and i bawl,
I throw the lock at the wall.
It shatters and breaks,
into little tiny shapes
