Wandering to Distraction
An anchor of ideas, paper greets ink
Trailing the spirals of Van Gogh
Deeper, through my imagination I sink
A new shape here would be best I think
Dins fade to a white noise flow
An anchor of ideas, paper greets ink
The seconds flee by, each time I blink
Drawing near is the end but even so
Deeper, through my imagination I sink
Available space continues to shrink
And still the pen glides to and fro
An anchor of ideas, paper greets ink
Images begin to interlink
No I can’t stop now, to the end I’ll go
Deeper, through my imagination I sink
Now to add color, where is that pink?
A scribble and scrawl will come to show
An anchor of ideas, paper greets ink
Deeper, through my imagination I sink
