Ode To My Chevy Truck
Here’s to my old chevy truck,
with all your dents and paint chip,
that bumper that is completely destroyed,
the two doors that hardly open.
You don’t like to start in the cold,
you suck gas like no other,
you seem to always nickel and dime me,
you break down way too much.
You have a super small cab,
with seats that are all worn out,
burn holes in the carpet,
broken door and window seals,
you take forever to warm up.
But besides all the things wrong with you,
you make me money because I use your bed so much,
still get me from A to B most of the time,
the most important thing is you will always be there for me,
and I’m so grateful to have you by my side.
