Victimized
He came to my room
Sadly it wasn't my groom
He looked at me with desire
And said "Your consent isn't required"
Hot tears ran down my cheek
He did not let me speak
No one else was in the house
Except the man that tore my blouse
Did I unknowingly cause this?
Have I formed my own abyss?
I try to forget that day
But His face never fades
Maybe one day I'll be okay
I haven't told the man of that day
The only one to believe me was mother
Even she had to shudder
Don't feel bad for me
I know this isn't pretty
But please do realize
That there are more who have been victimized.
