The bridge that ruin my life
In my hand holds over
100 dollars,
The trust to have it is great
My Mom’s phone is in my warm,
sweaty hand
Thump, thump
I hear as my sister runs by me
Smack “ouch”
Her hand strikes my back at full force
she sprints over the bridge
the thought of tackling her was great
I run after her,
The phone slipped out of my hand
and it skidded across the bridge
then into the water
In shock, dragging my feet and feeling light headed,
I slowly drag my million pound body to where it fell
The ripples in the water gives me the chills as
I realized it was gone
