Trust
You say you know about responsibility?
You say you know what's right?
My mother is crying,
and cannot sleep at night.
It's all because of you,
you hurt her, she can't eat
and then you never came
to the park were we would meet.
You hurt her so badly,
she cannot survive
you're the one who hurt her,
and you're fully alive.
I loved you and trusted you!
Simple as that,
but now that you're gone
I don't want you back.
My mother is dead,
dead on the inside
she wants you back,
to hold you in hug, real wide.
But now that she's hurt,
a lonely plain soul
I think you did
you did pay your toll.
You hurt her, you see?
Now we're all in pain
and I can't help but cry
as I see the rain.
I really hope you don't come back
but she wants you here,
as long as she's happy,
I'll keep you near.
It's time you stop reading,
and go far away from us
don't you know,
you lost all of our trust.
