Most Words
Most poems are full of lines and rhyme,
Most poems have stanzas and keep time.
My poem does not, for I don’t know
How to make poems rhyme and flow.
Most poems have meaning that’s very deep,
Most poems have a tone that they keep,
My poem does not, and it’s my thing,
My poems don’t mean anything.
Most poems have lots of neat, cool words,
Most poems describe; say things they heard.
My poem does not, they never do,
I use lame, weak words, it’s true.
Most poems don’t bore or make you sleep,
Most poems your interest they will keep.
My poem does not, it’s such a bore,
G’bye, cuz I can hear you snore.
