Masks
Masks, what’s the reason for them?
 To show different expressions
 I have many different ones

Masks, trying to see through them
Failing to see their true feelings
Not until night has fallen and all asleep

Masks, death causes people to get more
Doors shut out to the world
Seeing the world and they not see you

Masks, a collection is too many
 Different personalities
 One too many for me

 Masks, never a good thing
 To have more then one
True feeling hidden away from the world

Masks, not just meant for Halloween
 Different seasons are hidden
True feelings covered to never be found

 Masks, hidden through a door
To tell the truth form the heart
The keys hidden in a safe

 Masks, protect our heart
 Hiding us from the world
Never letting our true self be shown
