Sleepless Nights are the worse
Sleepless nights are the worst nights.
It’s the kind of nights were your lying in bed in the pitch dark.
All you can do is think & think.
Your mind is ongoing with never ending thoughts & ideas.
But the worst part is that it can get the best of us.
We overthink things, we think the worse.
& it seems to be the longer we stay awake the worse the thoughts seem to get.
It can go bad to worse in a second because our minds are uncontrollable at night or at least it feels that way.
My personal thoughts could kill me in reality.
My thoughts seem to get worse minute after minute.
It my own personal hell.
Yet I survive my thoughts.
It’s strange how many thoughts can pass in the middle of the night.
I just hope one night my thoughts won’t keep me up as long as they have been. . .
