"Do you love me?"
My love asked of me.
"More than Romeo loved Juliet.
I will ensure you are safe with me."
She placed her head on my chest.
I asked her, "Would you ever leave me?"
"Even after your heart stops beating,
You will always be with me."
She stayed there listening to the beat.
I knew without a doubt she would stay with me.
