Close your eyes and do exactly this:

Free your mind from being closed minded and take a walk in someone else’s shoes
Free your mind from hate and anger built up inside and scream to it to the world to let it out
Free your mind from everyone telling you cannot do what you set your mind to, and tell them “watch me” with your head held high
Free your mind form society’s views on what is “perfect” because you are perfect with every flaw you have
Free your mind from your deepest, darkest fears and open your eyes to hopes and dreams
Free your mind from others opinions about you because what they think will not matter in twenty years, when you are doing better than them in life
Free your mind from hating on others because they like the same sex because in the end we are all made up of skin and bones making us equal as one
Free your mind from all the negative and problems you have, turn them around and just be happy with what you have
Free your mind from all the pain you have reserved inside, and take a deep breath and refuse to sink
Free your mind from the past because your past does not define you, and you have here and now so live life hard
Free your mind from the regrets and mistakes because you are so much stronger from all that has happened
Free your mind from the war inside your mind because I promise everything gets better so just love yourself
Free your mind from judging others because of the scars painted across their skin; because those scars are a reminder of the battles they won and the stories of their lives
Free your mind from the darkness that surrounds you and let your heart guide you into the light
Let that all sink in and next time open your eyes and free your mind before you open your mouth
