Disorder

A cave, too dark to see

the way forward, unclear to me

The path I must take back to the

Place I had already been

An echo in the distant corners of my mind

The sole connection to the idea that

Now escapes me.

A screen, too rapidly

The channels flicker, flashing

From one to the next, impossible to follow,

Each image luring me into a state of thoughtlessness,

Preventing the one I require,

The single word in my disruptive dictionary

The mist clouds my way through the maze in my head.

The pieces of my puzzle, changing shapes, beyond recognition

My infinite library, only a lottery in my attempts to grab at genius.
