Everyday
Get to the money without a hesitation
Wake up and grind hard
Remembering the days I ain’t have nothing to eat
Grew up on Joy Road
Raised around money, drugs, and crime
Thought I saw a bigger picture
Tried to get richer
While I was coming up they locked my bro’ up
Now it’s free Tone
It tore me apart but I remained tuff
Threw the hustle
Threw the struggle
I made it out
Attending Oak Park
Doing better in school
Hopefully one day I want have to look back.
