First and second period go by so fast
Third goes by so slowly, in contrast
Then break comes, so does food
Bustling through hallways, people are so rude!
Fourth and fifth, paper then sound
Sixth and seventh, work by the pound
Homework and a good friend
Pencils and pens people lend
Don’t forget what’s in your locker
Look! A pop quiz, what a great shocker!
Wishfully, I won’t flat out fail
I could call my parents and……bail!
