"You exist because we allow it, and you will end because we demand it."

I’ve been consumed by deathly knells.
Of macabre the shadow tells.
This deepest dark depression devours all that dwells.
Sung dishonest deprivation,
Listening to limerick lies.
In this ice cold isolation
I am bleeding desperation,
All my unheard silent cries.
Falling down, down, down
In the darkness I will drown.
I’m lost remembering shattered memories that entice me and compels,
“Succumb to solacing seclusion” it foretells.

Still in this realm I fade away,
My heart astray.
Like silhouettes stolen by spectres I decay.
Everlasting desolation-
Never ending lamentation-
Frigid black concealing tears.
These emotions never known
I scream out, but know one hears.
This abyss devoid of sound reverberates my fears.
Though never shown,
Beyond the darkness hides the light,
Beyond the shrouded veil, the clouded hail of night.
Crescent light-
Yet despite,
Voracious cinders stole my sight.
Deafly hearing, blindly tearing for the light.
In my faintest far off dreams, in my undiscerning eyes it gleams, I see the light.

Sometimes there's a light at the end of the tunnel, and sometimes it's just a train.
