Could it be You?
Blue is the water you see at the
beach
And also the horizon with which the water will meet
You see blue in day
And also in night
Blue can be dark
Blue can be bright
It can be a painter’s paint
Or as royal as a king’s best knight
Blue could also be you, shy and filled with fright
You may think of blue as sad and mellow
But it is more than that
Blue can be happy
As the sun rises you see blue
And as the sun sets
Blue will form the darkness
And wait for the sun to rise again
Blue cannot die
Nor fade away
But blue will stay here
Until your very last day
