Too perfect do us to keep forever,
Os why she couldn't stay,
The memories that we have with her
Will be kept till our very last day.
Even though we all will miss her,
With every ounce of our hearts,
We know that she's still here with us;
We'll never truly part.
We're lucky to have known her,
If only for a while,
She could have changed the world if she wanted,
Just by showing her smile.
It's sad that we can't see her,
If only one more time,
But she's in the perfect place now,
With no sickness, pain, or crime.
The day she had to leave us
Was a sad one for sure,
But she has left so much with us,
Like memories and more.
She taught us many lessons,
And showed us many things,
Like how to love and enjoy life
No matter what it brings.
Although she got so very ill,
And went through so much pain,
She just kept pushing harder,
And never even complained.
Now we'll keep her close to us,
As we change and grow,
We'll remember her forever
No matter where we go.
But for now, we'll just think of her,
In a most lovely way,
Until we get to meet again
On one beautiful day.
