Where I’m from a place where the weather is perfect all year.
In the summer I would feel the summer breeze on my back
In the winter I would stare at a fire in the fire place listening to it crackle.
It never snows nor got too hot.

I’m from a place where I go crabbing and fishing by the rolling waves of the sea
I would run on the peer with a boom boom boom!

I’m from a place with alligators. When I fished in a lake
I would hear them going plop plop into the water.


I’m from a place where I had lots of trees in my backyard.
In my backyard I had bugs, toads/frogs, and snakes.
Every day and night I would listen to the creatures lives about.

I’m from a place where its flag
has a palm tree and a backwards moon on it. The flag has a navy color to it.

I’m from a place where I could go on road trips to go visit my family Hearing cars pass, listening to my music I felt free. I would get to my grandparents house listening to their dog bark made me feel like I was home. Home sweet home.

I’m from a place called South Carolina Where I grew up, for three years of my life I’m from a place where very happy memories were made. Where I left my good friends behind also.
