12 Ways of Looking at my Birthday

A day in which I hate, but need to exist.
A day that is filled with such sadness.
A day where I wake up and frown.
A day where "Happy Birthday!" isn't exchanged.
A day I celebrate without you.
A day I pick where we all go to eat.
A day that I wonder what is to happen next.
A day I wonder what I will get.
A day I act.
A day that is all about me, but I refuse the attention.
A day that either rains or snows.
A day that no one knows or cares about.
A days just like any other day.
