Collision of Colors, Holding Happiness
An explosion of colors creating a powerful shine.
She stared, young, courageous and curious.
Precious diamonds, precious girl.
A collision of colors, she stared and wondered.
A complexity of colors, she gazed, wondering.
Examining each and every color
that sparkles, that shimmers so bright.
She never wanted to leave this,
this elephant of wondrous colors.
The sun was about to trade with the moon,
the time was over all too soon.
Walking away, she watched the sparkling shine.
Underneath the sunset, almost buried in the sand, further,
further away and soon it was gone.
Little had she known,
a woman, a mother had held this so close.
This elephant of great value,
was held by a mother from the loss of her child,
the loss of a little girl.
This elephant was hers,
from before she went away,
into a happier, better place far, far away.
An explosion of colors creating this powerful shine,
this powerful shine away and into the sky.
