When the Curtains Open
Kiss the hand and cheek, kiss the lips that open
give her all your luck as the curtains open
staring out seeing nothing but darkness
scared to death, singing with her mouth wide open
then she sees you sitting in the front, watching
so she lets the real her come out into the open
gaining her confidence, she feels like she's on top of the world
but then they heard the doors burst open
a flash of light, and the sound of a bang
there she lied on the floor, with her eyes wide open
