7 Days
Seven days ago was surely seven too soon
The mornings have past, evenings are gone,
Now the seventh moon
No one could feel it coming, no one could have known
The end of the beginning was near
But now it’s finally shown
Only those of younger days would see this time in bliss
Those that have grown old and wise
Have nothing left to miss
With seven days behind, there is another seven ahead
Seven more days to think about
Words that haven’t been said
