The sun rises slow,
Up above the cool tree tops,
Making the soft dew
Sparkle and shine in the grass.
The blistering sun
High up in the cloudless sky
Heats and warms the world
Making me want to drift off
To the shade to take a nap.
The sun is setting
And the moon is rising up
Into the night sky
Sending soft rays of moonlight
Dancing across the still lake
