Emotion Safe Haven MAG
Anger, sadness annoyance
These are emotions that creep up
like spiders
They never truly go away
Parents, friends, enemies, anyone can
trigger the emotion
The only escape from the terror above is
to go down
Down into the base of a home
Where all is quiet
Where all is calm
Keep entertained with electricity
Bring sleep to legs on a soft and fluffy area
Talk to people you know
When even they are not truly there
Breathe in and breathe out
Come out when ready
Only ready when all is calm
Or all is gone
Come out when all is distracted
Come out when ready to apologize
Or wait for the apology to slowly drift to you
Or swallow the emotion
Pretend it was a myth
Pretend it was a dream
After all, it is only an emotion
