the cold truth

scarlet tears poor down softly to the ground
in an emotional storm we well a drowned
in heaven we are found
in the darkness of the shadows in the night we are bound
lost in the silence
were our own heart beat is the only sound
an in the end we all return to the cold ground
and by love we are bineded
by the truth we are blinded
by numbness we are confided
