A Starfish In The Sea

As if were to wash at shore,
a starfish in the sea.
Vapors enclosed around the sand,
footsteps of you and me.
It's if love was a structure,
a sonnet possibly.
in all what-if's, love is a creature,
as a starfish in the sea.
sinking in the bottled-up blue,
his arms, they stretch out to me.
Wishing to connect,
with a stranger, such as he.
Those sticky little suction cups,
seeking relief, called her she.
to love is a creature,
like a starfish in the sea.
