My future- it looks so bleak,
I’ve been labeled as “tissue”,
Even though my heart beats.

So please hear my silent cry.

There’s a plot to take my life,
I’m a powerless defense,
And unequipped to fight.

Please! Hear my silent cry.

If I was given the choice,
I’d choose life, there is no doubt,
But I do not yet have a voice.

Can you hear my silent cry?

Why don’t they understand?
I’ve capacity for greatness,
If only given the chance.

They don’t hear my silent cry.

I’m not ready to go to heaven,
God still has plans for me,
So this is my final question:

Will you hear my silent cry?
