I time my breathing
To the low bass,
Pounding in your chest.
My ear,
Pressed against your body,
Listening.
Breathing.
Each muscle
Defined by a thin crease.
Outlined.
My gentle fingers
Trace a heart
In your chest.
You smile,
Causing your torso
To reverberate a hint of laughter
Filling mine.

I time my breathing
To the low bass,
Pounding in your chest.
My face,
Pressed against your body,
Listening.
Breathing.
Your smile,
Defined by your dimples.
I form my hand
To sign,
My love for you,
In your chest.
You smile,
And unite your hand
With mine.

I time my breathing
To the low bass,
Pounding in your chest.
My body,
Pressed against yours.
Listening.
Breathing.
My love for you,
Defined by a smile,
A touch.
I speak so soft
Whispering,
I love you
In your chest.
You smile,
And whisper,
I love you too.
We remain,
Listening.
Breathing.
Your feelings
Same as mine
