Come back to me
See the way I feel
Life is perfect
It is undeniably real
You need to be here
To feel the way I feel

Like the creature in the dirt
They cry because they are hurt
But we don’t know why
They scream more
So we only pray for their safety
We only know that we are the lucky ones

You are here for the very same reason my dear
That the earth is round, and it spins
So I can be here to hear you breathe
To watch you sleep
To admire your face
Smiling with grace in the perfect sun
It hits your face with ray of perfect place

Don’t leave me
You’re not alone
Don’t be scared
We’ll help you come back to the bone
Don’t you cry, you are asleep at night
When all of the monsters play
They don’t see your figure as you lay
Down in the sheets, away from the people
Who hurt you love
Don’t be scared of them

I can take care of your hurt and pain
I will love you if you come back again
Don’t you see I am your future?
Don’t let the light come too soon
Earth needs your presence
To start a new moon

The motion of the sea
And the tide that it brings
Brings you back to me
My lover’s sea

You were meant for greater things
Than even I was
You were meant to be so far from here
From this desperate place, my love

I miss you
If you go away
To that dark and dreary place
That only ghouls go to play

So come back, quietly
I don’t want them to hear you
Come back, baby, don’t be afraid
Let your heartbeat stay
For just only one more day
If you realize life
Was the one gift of strife
That we were all given
There is a purpose to living
Breathing, moving, being who you are
Don’t give up on the one thing
That always carried your body ahead of time
There was a fine line

So come back from the light
Turn down the radio, in your head
The one that tells me you are dead!

I cannot accept that you
Would walk away from life
I can’t believe that you were mine
But the next day you’re out of sight

So come back to me.
Come back my love
I’m hopelessly
Floating above.
Crying wide.
Cursing strife.
For taking you away from me.
For making me only see.
Death and its gruesome face.
It smiles, it’s poison ace.
And I miss you, your sweet breath
You’re everything.
To me.

I"m actually not exactly sure what I wrote this poem about... It could be trying to help someone who is considering suicide, but it could also be about fitting in. I'm not exactly sure...But I'm ready to hear your comments! (:
