Your heart divine?
You stood by quiet and calm,
Didn’t raise a finger ,
Nor utter a sigh ,
Yudhishthir ,then where was your heart divine ?
~
I had forsaken all,
Lost them to my mere folly ,
Nothing left ,
For all had vanished and gone,
Draupadi ,'tis then ,
That even my soul wasn’t mine .
~
Ha!You amuse me ,
Lost all ,
Still to you I belonged?
Pleasured thee for years,
Divided like cattle ‘mongst brothers ,
Tossed like a whore ,
When he rid me of my honour Yudhishthir,
And you watched drowsy eyed ,
Disgust and spite corrupted me ,
For you too ,
Partook in such a crime .
If Krishna hadn’t arrived ,
Just like your dharma ,Yudhishthir ,
My honour shall have bathed ,
In venomous strife .
So turn down your eyes ;
And beg for forgiveness swine ,
Fool!No one but Bheem ,
Do I truly call mine.

This poem is inspired by Indian Mythology. It is a conversation between Yudhishthir and Draupadi .I have always wondered as to how and what they must have discussed after that dreadful scene in the courtroom and this is precisely what envisioned it to be . Feel free to criticise ,appreciate and comment .
