A guide for all, day and night

The Quran, a book of wisdom and grace

It teaches us to seek knowledge and embrace

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW), a man of great honor

He spread the message of love and valor

He showed us the way to live in harmony

And to always strive for unity

Islam is a religion of submission and surrender

To the will of Allah, our Creator and Sustainer

It teaches us to be humble and kind

And to always seek peace of mind

Islam is a way of life, a path to follow

It teaches us to be patient and to swallow

Our pride, and to always do what is right

For the sake of Allah and His might

Islam is a religion of love and compassion

It teaches us to respect all creation

And to always strive for justice and fairness

In all that we do, with pureness and clarity of heart

This is the message of Islam, a message of hope

It guides us through this world, as we cope

With the challenges and trials that come our way

It helps us to find strength and courage each day.
