A Harmony of Voices
They come together and protest
Against something they all detest
Hundreds of voices merged
Hoping for change to emerge
Their voice is loud and proud
They bring joy to the crowd
With every word sung aloud
Along with music, such harmony
Singing is their specialty
Their voice is full of beauty
They work with the young
And their job is never done
Each day brings something new
And with each day, knowledge grew
Their voice is caring and encouraging
They sit in front of screens
Working alongside machines
Each word that they use
Only the computer can deduce
Their voice is tiny, but mighty
All the voices in the world,
Combined, mixed, in a swirl
Together, yet in perfect rhythm
Logically flowing like an algorithm
My voice is small, but critical
They draw multiple schemes
Looking like they’re made from dreams
But when that dream turns to reality,
The structures built are no longer, a fantasy
Their voice is strong and persevering
I want my voice to resonate to that above,
Of a strategist, of a dream to reality
Like buildings built, my voice is still building
Yet along with them all, even one removal
Would deprive the world of something crucial

I wrote this piece to describe how my voice is shown. In the beginning, the poem talks about different professions and their voices. In the end, I talk about how my voice is still growing and connect various aspects of it to other professions and personalities.
