Last night exasperation ravaged my door,
Manifesting futile love
My vanquished soul broke into merciless tremors.
The walls of my heart painted surreal shadows.

Anguish blared in the tune of my anklets,
In The Dilapidated construct of nightmare
Which blew across my horizon of
Freshly bloomed gypsophilas.

I remain afloat still
In the untrammelled teardrop
trembling in abstract realities,
Muzzed in it's solidarity.

As I remain supine in this cloudy day,
Etching succinct words of unrequited love.
And dancing blithely around the ephemeral lilies,
Bemused by their scent,
voyage towards the path of demise.

Tamoha M. is a girl of 15 from Kolkata, India. She has always adhered to writing in the darkest of times. Her poems are mostly melancholic, but buds of hope never fails to bloom from the greyness. Her poems celebrate pain, love, extrication. She often feels tangled in the strings of life and the darkness seems to pirouette around her, writing to her is a form of untethering the strings and starting all over again.
