I believe in a queen, a goddess, a woman with independence and self love,

I believe that stars need darkness to shine,

I believe in the creativity and imagination of the mind,

I believe in the darkness in a room full of lights,

and the wounds behind the blood,

I believe that no one is perfect but is beautiful.

I have been at the deepest darkest part of the ocean,

and I’ve felt the last bit of strength in the body before drowning,

I have been to the garden with flowers

and butterflies and the sunshining on your face,

I have been through the fear of speaking to another,

And the evil of wanting to end it all,

I have been through the war and came out alive,

I have been the one to see others true beauty when others don’t.

I have seen myself go from a leaf to a forest not a

Flower or a stem or a tree, I grew into a forest.

I have seen a group of beautiful souls come together,

To help another find their beautiful soul,

I have seen one cut the head off the flower and

blame the flower for being so pretty,

I have seen your life flash before your eyes when you think it’s the end,

I have seen your own blood betray you like if you were strangers.

I need motivation to wake up in the morning and get off my bed,

I need respect from those whom I love,

I need love… yeah love, it hurts like hell but I need it,

I need to fulfill my self-worth if I want to be happy in life,

I need to be the best of myself if I want to succeed,

I need to be proud of who I am as a person even if no one else does.

I will become an artist,

I will become a role model for those who need to learn about equality,

I will become a listener for those who don’t have anyone,

I will become some one who shows body positivity,

I will become my own hero someday.

I am a independent person who loves to express how I feel in many ways. I went through alot. And, I am proud of who I have become.
