Reality
What if we lost track of time
If we lived every moment on a flip of a dime
What if there was no such thing as crime
If everyday wasn’t as bitter as a lime
What if we could never cry
If we never had to say goodbye
Would we be the same if we tried
Tried not to be the bad guy
What if life wasn’t so hard
If we could all pass with a green card
What if little kids could just play in their yards
If toys and games was all they’d regard
I wish everything could be this way
Never to have a bad day
All evil picks up and goes away
True glimpses of heaven are on display
But this isn’t how we live
Life has no games nor festives
Life can sometimes get abusive
And that’s why life is delusive
