Lithium: ten thousand hits
When I kiss you
I see light behind my eyes
So this dim room seems darker
And I hear chants from the walls
Suddenly, sounds that I can see
"Kay yai es hesmey"
"Kay yai es hesmey"
When I kiss you,
One thousand languages become clear
You've made me high, let it last
For your lips are my life's contrast
Bitter lips, how mean
The litium always seems to wean
From your lips, an emotion more intense
Is the horror of leave , and
Making sense of the life in front of me

The author's comments:
Sometimes things as innocent as kisses can become sacrifices when they aren't up to par with the outside world.

If you are confused by the two quoted lines, just sound them out. ;)
