The Months
April Morning
As glistening dew drops
Like an open book
Nature is now heard
May Afternoon
Aroma's feed the air
Unintrigued for thirst
The lawn objects
June Sunset
Like a painting being melted
What was once a second is now minutes
Spring has ceased
July Night
Heat moves through you like steel
Camp experiences blinding your heart
Emotions burn in the background
August Day
Multiple trees symbolize
The open road engages
The trip exceeds daylight
September Sunrise
Obscure heat rises
Like a child on pavement
Innocence is the breeze
October Midday
A breeze follows through with orders
The colors of autum melting in my yard
Like pounds, the trees are slimmer
November Dawn
The night submits to the light
The only constant lingers
It truly is a November Dawn
December Dusk
What was a liquid, is no more
Frost extends like days on end
Counting days till the, when daytime ends
January Nighttime
The new year rings for nature
Every snowfall is a new beginning
In the heart of layers of snow
February Daytime
As wind brings us love
Kissing the ground, snowflakes flutter by
Snow is but a raindrop of ice
March Noontime
The last snowflake
Carved to perfection
As light shows no mercy for a drop of water
One extra poem*
Love
Consumption of thoughts
Was it meant to be?
Through my blinding eyes of love
WHat do I honestly see
