Glass
When I first met you, you were delicate as glass
Something new that I have never experience from the past.
Something that I cannot grasp.
with every single moment that I make
You start to break.
finally, you are met with a smash
and all around me was broken glass.
With every step I take I become a part of you.
The glass jabbing my foot with every step took
And now I am full of glass.
Cut up and bruised to the point of no return
Hiding from the people that my heart use to burn
For
Losing my voice along the way,
Nervous of what they had to say.
Will they pay attention to all the glass that has been latched onto my skin.
And make fun of it
Will I let the glass win?
