Ode To Light Swithces
You exist in my home,
in my room, and in my bathroom,
Whenever I flick your switch,
you bring your photon rays come my way,
When I hear your sound,
which is merely a click,
I am relieved of darkness’ tricks,
You were there for me as a child waiting in the corner of every door,
but now that I’m older and more bolder, darkness to me is now just boredom,
I thank you for lighting my way before my childhood flames extinguished away,
but you are not forgotten as you provide for me till this day,
You are taken for granted, without you many would be struggling, not only that but also stumbling,
I will always remember how you would light my home, my room and, my bathroom,
Somethings are just be,
and you are one of them to me.
