Summary:
This story follows the journey of 3 seperate relations: an old flame, a budding teen romance, and an awkward bond between a stepmom and her difficult new stepdaughter. After living on the streets for years the last person aging, blind Eli expected to run into was Hunter, his highschool sweetheart. Hunter decides to take Eli in and help him back on his feet for old times sake, while refusing to think about their rocky seperation. Prez and Lexa are as smitten as 2 teens can be, but that is all tested through jealousy, parents, and death. Sonya has been trying to get Kiri to like, or at least tolerate, her since she married Kiri's father. But Kiri refuses to allow Sonya to replace her mom and gives Sonya a hard time at every turn.
