Summary:

I don't really consider this a peom per say. To be honest I don't know what to call it. I started writing words and it happened. But basically, the poem's themes are fragility of life, unreturned devotion, and youth. It's plot consists of mainly, a girl convincing "her love" to stay with her, balancing on the edge of suicide. All the while, she has to take care of herself and her love; all the responsibility is weighing down on her and you can see the moment she breaks. She notices every irregularity in her love and it hurts her.

She begins to show similarities to him, and her actions reflect his, until she is in the same position as he. But he doesn't accept the responsibilty for her life; he plays it off, and she is left to deal with it alone. The character shift from self-pity to action is very important, I think
