Summary:
A man was elected to become to president of America. Nobody knew at the time, but this man was to begin Wold War 3. He decided he didn't want to rule just America- it wasn't enough. He wanted to rule the world. After sending his soldiers to attack other countries, many of them decided to strike back.
Sisters Lu and Alis grew up in a world of crime, war, and death. After DC was attacked, they, along with many other children aged 18 and younger, were forced to evacuate. Will they be able to keep each other safe, while living in less than ideal conditions
