One day, I was babysitting my little cool nephews at my sister’s house. One of my nephews Marc, who is four years old, is very quiet and enjoys watching TV and playing games on his Xbox. His little brother Michael, 1yrs and 4 months, wanted to get into everything and eat anything he found on the table and floor.

One time I was playing the Xbox with Marc and not paying attention to Michael when all of sudden we heard him crying, got up, and we were looking all over the place for him. We called his name because he had stopped crying, and he would not answer. Marc went into the living room and he said, “Uncle, come here!” I went into the living room and Marc pointed to the sofa. There was Michael stuck between the sofa. I don’t know how he got like that. We will never know how he had got himself stuck real good in the green sofa. I had a hard time getting him out. When I took him out, he ran and started getting into something else. Crazy kid.

I stopped playing games so I could pay more attention to Michael. Marc got upset, and got very angry, and started throwing things at me and his brother. I told him to stop, and then he started yelling like crazy (you would think someone was killing him. I started to get up, and he got mad, and threw the Xbox controller at me, and it hit Michael. I got up and scolded him and put him on timeout. I told him he was in trouble with his mom.

When my sister came home, I told her what happened, and she scolded Marc and told him he was not to play the Xbox for 2 weeks. I told her that both boys were a handful, and I didn’t know if I caned watch them anymore. Before I left, Marc came up and gave me a hug and kiss and told me he was sorry. Michael came up and gave me a hug and kiss too, and that made me feel good. I guess I will watch them next time. I love them both.
