What is the meaning of life? Is it to be happy, sad, forgiving, or all of the above? Is it to do and conquer all your hopes and dreams, or to be loved and to love? Let me ask you this, what does life feel like? Is it the feeling of hearing the first cry out of your first child? The feeling of an all A report card, or even the feeling of a death? What is life? What is life to you? To me, life is what i’m living in right now. Its that feeling of everything I have ever dreamt, love, faith, compassion, extraordinary, and just words can’t explain how I feel! We are unperfect people, expected to be perfect, in an unperfect life. Life is just life, nothing more, but definitely nothing less. Life is just where spend until you get where your going.You make life your own, but what can you describe it as? How do you feel? What do you do? How do you handle it? Those are questions that nobody has an answer to. Lets break this a little, meaning is a word referring to what we have in mind as ‘signification’ and it relates to intention and purpose. ‘Life’ is applied to the state of being alive; conscious existence. Mind, consciousness, words, and what they simplify. ‘Feelings’ is an emotional state or reaction; a belief, especially a vague or irrational one. The question of the meaning of life may be asked in many ways, such as Why are we here? or Does my life have a purpose? “What is life? They say it’s from B to D, from Birth to Death; but what’s between B and C? It’s a C so, what is C? Our life, is a matter of choices, feelings, and questions that no one will ever know”. Life is like that song you love, and have on repeat. You never listen to the lyrics real close, just the music. You never go inside to the meaning to find even better. You never know the meaning just you love it. That is the meaning of life to me. Life’s what you make it rock!
