Once upon a time, there was a beautiful princess named Ruth. She had luscious, golden, and curly hair that everyone envied. Her dress was a variety of calming blues, and her feet were covered with golden shoes. She was the kindest, most gentle person you would ever meet. Ruth respected everyone and everything in her kingdom, and welcomed any new face that came along. Everyone loved Ruth and enjoyed her company.
One day while Ruth was watching her precious puppy play in the yard, she saw an unrecognizable figure which made her very curious. She tried to ignore it but suddenly was snatched by this figure. She saw this figure had a face, and immediately knew who had taken her. It was Zed, one of the worst villains her kingdom had ever encountered. Ruth struggled to get out of his clutch, but eventually escaped as they made their way into the forest. As she was running, she tripped over a tree branch, causing her to fall. The next thing you know, Zed was right behind her again. He wrapped rope around Ruth and the tree to keep her from escaping. She screamed for help, and prayed that someone would hear.
A peasant named Phil heard a faint scream. He was very nervous because he did not know where the scream came from. As, he walked toward the forest it kept getting louder. He started running in the direction of the voice, and he soon stumbled upon Ruth. He stopped and stared for a second, admiring her beauty, but quickly started to untangle her. Once she was free, they began to run until they were out of the trees and in open land. Ruth sent her guards into the forest to search for Zed. They eventually captured him and sent him away. Ruth invited Phil to live in her palace to reward him for his bravery. He gladly accepted her offer, and they now lived together in peace knowing Zed would never return. They both felt extremely safe knowing they had each other, and they lived a happily ever after.

I wrote this because I recently watched a movie where a princess was saved, and I wanted to write one for fun.
