Her dreams were clouded with death and blood. The once living Magick that soured the sky had slip the through the cracks into an abyss of forgotten secret. To Aishwarya the world seem a dull grey. It didn't matter to her, saving it again.
Hundreds of years this day, her curse started. One selfless act turn into curse. She knew that in the end there would be a price to pay. Ikaria had warned her the cost of becoming a member of The Jury of Fallen.
Ikaria The Descendant
Casimir The Death Scythe
Resses The
Hideaki The Ghost of Youth
Aishwarya The Angels call
Jessalyn The Wildfire Rose
Elijah The Keeper of Time
They were the first and last of the Jury
*Flashback*
"You do realize that if you accept, your physical appearance will change." Ikarias bright Golden eyes gleam with mischief.
"I know." Silence
"So do you wish to enter if not then I travel for nothing."
"How many others are you recruiting?"
"Not much, only nine. After you there's another in the Northeast."
"Ohh, what do I have to do, to enter?"
Ikarias eyes filled with sadness as in remembering long sad memories.
"I'm sorry" Ikaria force her golden orbs to look into green. "I'm going to start a fire and make it seem like you died in it."
Aishwarya look at Ikarias deadpan face.
"Are you serious?"
"Yes"
"If I do this will you promise me I won't look like myself and my family won't be able to recognize me?"
"You have my word for it."
"Alright, when do I start it?"
"Right now"
"What!?" Aishwarya screams soon faded by the fire that roar alive.
Everything around them was a red, orange scene. Aishwarya wanted to cry. Here in this spot her mother gave her the family locket. Name her Lady Aishwarya and celebrate her birthdays with joy. Joy that now turn to pain watching Ikaria burn everything.
" AISHWARYA WHERE ARE YOU!" Her mother her pleaded .
She was about to shout back but felt hands over her mouth.
" Don't say a word. Remember you're supposed to be dead by now."
The Brunettes walk away leaving no trace. Heading towards the lake and hiding inside a cave. It was dark and gloomy but clearly someone was camping here. That someone was Ikaria. Papers and notes scattered the floor and mysterious objects fly up above. Aishwarya noted there were maps and red marks on them. Possibly the places they needed to go.
"Hey do you want to get your powers now or later. I suggest now but it's your decision."
"Yes" she wanted to get out of the yellow dress and memories of being a wealthy lords daughter. Wanted to forget and become a new Aishwarya.
Ikaria took out a necklace in the shape of tear drop. Colors swim inside making you want to look at it forever.
"This is the Tear of Rainnus. Are you ready?" Aishwarya nodded " Ok repeat this 'I pledge to protect those who cannot. To fight for rights for all creatures in the magical world. To keep balance and be selfless to my last breath. To give justices and a voice to others. For I am a member of the Jury of Fallen and will fight for the better good in the world."
"I pledge to protect those who cannot. To fight for rights for all creatures in the magical world. To keep balance and be selfless to my last breath. To give justices and a voice to others. For I am a member of the Jury of Fallen and will fight for the better good in the world."
Ikaria started chanting words as she held the necklace to Aishwarya. Suddenly bright lights filled the cave and Aishwarya hair change to a strawberry blond. Her eyes turn into pale blue orbs glistening with energy.
"All done, now I'll train you to use your powers for today but we will leave tomorrow at nightfall."
The now blond nodded, she was Aishwarya member of the Jury of Fallen.
*End*
Yeah those were the days. The early days of their raising power.
Aishwarya walk around the big city of New York. She will always come here In hopes that it was a cruel dream and she will see her home instead of skyscrapers.
The price she paid was the second most cruelest out of all the members. Ikaria of course got the worst. Why did they had to give her immortality? Why not be stuck in eternal sleep with nightmares like Ikaria?
After all immortality equals loneliness, forever alone. At first immortality didn't seem like a curse, more like a blessing.
