Rain State

There once was a state named Rain. All the weather did on this state was rain. All day and all night it rained. The people who lived in this state all had to live on house boats because there was no land to build on. In this state there were floating highways and towns. Everyone who lived in this state could swim better than the fish in the sea. When the kids started school they were all required to swim to class. Thir bus was a ferry that would pick them up at their anchored down house boat but some kids would drive their jet skis to school. The only land above water in the whole state was an island called Rainier. This was the only stretch of land that the rain had not yet fooded over yet. This island had three rolling hills with a valley in between. The state capital was built in the valley of the island Rainier and nothing else resided there because it was all government land. It rained cats and dogs on the people that lived in this state and there was always the constant noise of raindrops falling. All they could hear was the plop plop plop of rain drops falling.

The state of Washington inspired me to write this.
