A Guinea Pig Love Story
Once upon a time, there was a guinea pig name Gus. Now, Gus was not your normal guinea pig. He weighed over two pounds, and he had a butt mullet. He was a prince of a far away kingdom called, Brewerton. His wooden castle, which was good to chew on, served him well. From sleeping till noon, to eating some hay, he loved his castle.
His princess lived next door. Even though her castle was not as big as his, he didn't care. her name was Sundae, "A perfect match," he thought. Sundae was a little over one pound with no butt mullet. She loved to sleep and eat.
Gus thought Sundae was charming and Sundae thought Gus was really handsome. When their masters were gone, Gus and Sundae chatted through their houses made of bars. They would talk about the weather that day, or their master's appearance.
A couple of months after their master's had left for work that day, Gus took a big step in their relationship. He got down, lower actually, on all fours and proposed to his guinea pig girlfriend. Sundae was elated; she jumped all around shouting, "Yes! Yes!" Gus handed her the piece of hay he had twisted into a ring, through the bars. She immediately put it on her middle toe on her left paw.
Later the month, a guinea pig priest from the adjoining kingdom, Central Square, announced them as man and wife. They told their masters, and they were ecstatic for them! Finally, at the old age of three years old, Gus and Sundae were King and Queen of Brewerton.
